Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policies

Travel Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Deposit

All booking deposits are strictly
non-refundable within 60 days prior to the trip departure date unless otherwise
stated in writing by Explore with Khalid LLC.



This is because trip planning and operational arrangements, including
accommodations, transportation, activities, permits, and third-party bookings,
are secured and prepaid in advance.



A participant’s booking is only confirmed once the required payment or deposit
has been received.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Up to 60 Days Before Departure:

Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits.



• 59–30 Days Before Departure:

50% refund of the total trip amount.



• 29–7 Days Before Departure:

25% refund of the total trip amount.



• Less Than 7 Days Before Departure:

No refund will be issued.



Participants are kindly requested to notify Explore with Khalid LLC as soon as
possible if they wish to cancel their booking.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the trip, missing
flights, arriving late, or failing to participate in scheduled activities will
be considered a voluntary cancellation and no refund will be provided.

4. Flights & Visa Responsibility

International flights, visas, travel
insurance, and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant
unless explicitly stated otherwise.



Explore with Khalid LLC is not responsible for airline cancellations, missed
flights, visa refusals, immigration decisions, lost baggage, or airport
disruptions.

5. Force Majeure

Explore with Khalid LLC shall not be liable
for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable
control including natural disasters, severe weather conditions, pandemics,
political unrest, war, airline disruptions, or border closures.

6. Activities & Weather Conditions

Some activities are weather-dependent and
may be modified, postponed, or cancelled for safety reasons.



Where refunds are received from third-party suppliers, eligible amounts will be
refunded accordingly.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a
reasonable timeframe after confirmation from suppliers and partners.



Bank transfer fees, payment gateway charges, and administrative costs may be
deducted from the refunded amount.

8. Replacement Participant

If a participant is unable to attend the
trip, they may transfer their spot to another participant, subject to approval
by Explore with Khalid LLC.



Any additional costs, booking modification fees, or price differences resulting
from the transfer will be the responsibility of the original participant.

9. Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to
purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical
emergencies, personal belongings, adventure activities, and flight disruptions.

Merchandise Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges or returns for eligible items within 7 days of receiving
the order.



To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and unworn

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided



Non-refundable items include:

• Limited edition products

• Customized or personalized items

• Sale or discounted items

• Used, washed, or damaged products



Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the incorrect or damaged item was
received.

Agreement

By booking a trip, purchasing merchandise,
or making any payment, the participant or customer confirms that they have
read, understood, and agreed to these Refund, Cancellation & Exchange
Policies of Explore with Khalid LLC.
